Your Client Access folder is easily accessed through our website or a link at the bottom of our emails. If you uploaded your W-2s and other documents, these are available as well. During the lending process, protecting your identity is paramount. Most of the required documents contain sensitive information, which, if compromised, could result in identity theft. When you send documents, be careful how you send them. Email is particularly vulnerable. Sending electronic documents, such as a PDF file, attached to an email is not secure. The general rule is only send information in an email that the entire world can read. Do not include birth dates, social security numbers, credit card information, bank accounts, or any financial information about you, your business, or your family in your emails.
