And while more GOLD looks fantastic on our trophy shelf, for our team, this win isn’t really about the award.
It’s about what the award represents. It’s about seeing years of deliberate efforts pay off. In how we serve our clients and how we operate as a team.
Working smarter, not harder
Transforming the way we do business started with taking a long, hard look at our systems, processes, and culture.
- We uncovered gaps and closed them.
- We upgraded our infrastructure to be stronger.
- We redesigned workflows to be more efficient and more accurate.
- We built consistency into everything we do, to deliver an A+ client experience.
And we did all that without impacting our team’s well-being.
Solidifying a scalable framework that drives growth without sacrificing quality didn’t happen overnight, but by delaying gratification and investing the time and effort, we created something built to last.
The celebration gala
Nearly 1 million votes were cast this year across hundreds of categories. We were humbled that the PNW community chose us as #1 for both the Best Accounting Firm and Best Tax Services.
And this external recognition mirrors what we already felt in-house: the Accountability Services team is achieving something meaningful together.
