Ongoing Support
The following benefits are included in your annual ongoing support fee:
- Beneficial Ownership Information kept on file for easy updating
- Automated reminders sent to help keep you in compliance
- BOI reporting software license fully covered
- NOTE: BOI reporting updates do incur an additional fee
BOI Reporting Updates
Under the Corporate Transparency Act, changes to BOI must be updated with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network within 30 days of the change. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in penalties or fees.
The following changes trigger a requirement to update your BOI filing. Be sure to reach out to our team if and when you need to update your information. Remember that it is your responsibility to inform us of changes within a reasonable time frame to update your filing before the 30 day deadline.
