- Fast Response Times – a maximum response time of 1-2 business days, or 3-4 business days during tax season. When additional time is needed to resolve your request, you will be notified with an estimated time for a response. Please send all federal tax correspondences to firstname.lastname@example.org This inbox is monitored by our entire tax team for full coverage when staff are out sick or on vacation.
- Monthly Newsletters – starting in January, we will send monthly communications to keep you informed of tax changes, personal and business opportunities, items to watch for, and updates about Accountability Services.
- Client Experience Team – a client concierge ensures each client is provided with an exceptional experience, a non-negotiable at Accountability Services. The experience team will communicate opportunities, lead times, request tax information, and collect your valuable feedback. They will assist you in navigating your Accountability Service experience.
