Juliana joined our team in February 2026, bringing four years of experience as a client success specialist and accounting assistant. She is well-versed at being the primary point of contact for client relationships, proactive communication, resolving issues across teams and delivering timely customer support.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from SENA.
