Sandi Hart joined our team in January 2008 and brings five decades of experience across accounting and Information Technology. As IT Director and Senior Accountant, Sandi specializes in accounting system integration, sales tax, inventory, and accounting processes, combining deep technical knowledge with a practical understanding of how systems and workflows impact clients and internal teams.
Sandi is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS whose unique blend of accounting expertise and technical systems knowledge allows her to design and implement efficient, scalable IT processes that support both client needs and firm operations.
In addition to her technical expertise, Sandi is known for her problem‑solving skills and focus on process improvement. Her thoughtful, client‑first mindset leads to consistently identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy and enhance the overall client experience.

Her favorite thing to do is be a grandparent! Sandi is also a self‑described serial hobbyist who enjoys quilting, gardening, baking, genealogy, playing the piano, and working on jigsaw puzzles.
