At Accountability Services, transparency is vital to building trust and strengthening relationships with our clients. In recent months, we have invested in new technologies, and our team, to enhance your client experience.

To continue to be a reliable and knowledgeable guide for your success, our commitments for 2023 and beyond are:

1. Fast Response Times – a maximum response time of 1-2 business days, or 3-4 business days during tax season. When additional time is needed to resolve your request, you will be notified with an estimated time for a response. Please send all federal tax correspondences to taxteam@accountabilityservices.com This inbox is monitored by our entire tax team for full coverage when staff are out sick or on vacation.
2. Monthly Newsletters – starting in January, we will send monthly communications to keep you informed of tax changes, personal and business opportunities, items to watch for, and updates about Accountability Services.
3. Client Experience Team – a client concierge ensures each client is provided with an exceptional experience, a non-negotiable at Accountability Services. The experience team will communicate opportunities, lead times, request tax information, and collect your valuable feedback. They will assist you in navigating your Accountability Service experience. To help us maintain our commitments, please share relevant changes as soon as they occur, ask questions, and communicate promptly.

We will continue to send direct notifications and reminders for estimated tax payments, deadlines, and return extensions, as always.
