- Fast Response Times – a maximum response time of 1-2 business days, or 3-4 business days during tax season. When additional time is needed to resolve your request, you will be notified with an estimated time for a response. Please send all federal tax correspondences to taxteam@accountabilityservices.com This inbox is monitored by our entire tax team for full coverage when staff are out sick or on vacation.
- Monthly Newsletters – starting in January, we will send monthly communications to keep you informed of tax changes, personal and business opportunities, items to watch for, and updates about Accountability Services.
- Client Experience Team – a client concierge ensures each client is provided with an exceptional experience, a non-negotiable at Accountability Services. The experience team will communicate opportunities, lead times, request tax information, and collect your valuable feedback. They will assist you in navigating your Accountability Service experience. When in doubt, ask our Client Experience Team! More details to come in early 2023.
